Welcome to my blog. Today, I write about my training schedule for March and April. Now I'm going to train with lighter weights and more reps. I will train four exercises per muscle group. Each exercise will be 4 sets and 8-14 reps. The reason I train lighter now is to become more shredded for the summer. When you train lighter it is really important to perform the exercises strict. It is important to feel the pump after each set. As for the food it will not be major changes since I try to eat healthy all year round. If necessary, I can cut my calorie intake otherwise I eat as usual.
